Join Rare Bird Hotel’s Head Gardener Cliff Penny as he talks you through the inspiration behind The Swan’s beautiful riverside gardens. This tour will take you from the hotel’s private island and throughout the grounds, giving you the opportunity to learn about the many indigenous plants and trees that thrive by the river at Streatley.

Clare Foster, House & Garden, Garden Editor will be joining us to discuss her book The Flower Garden, How to Grow Flowers from Seed. Clare's love of gardening began in her 20s and has continued over the years, developing into a passion for growing flowers from seed. Hear her top tips and pick up a signed copy of her inspiring new book.

BumbleBee Cider will be onhand with liquid refreshment, if you have yet to try their award winning cider, then settle in and prepare to enjoy an afternoon of tasting. BumbleBee use the best of British apples to bring you four very special varieties of cider.

We will be celebrating the work of the humble bee throughout the afternoon with delicious honey available to try and the unveiling of our very own hive.

This is a free event, but please do book your place so we know you're coming. Supervised children very welcome!
