Life is a journey. It begins when you are born. It ends when you die. You don’t need to be a Christian to know this.
What difference does being a Christian make? Well, the journey of life that ends in death becomes a holy pilgrimage that ends in life. Christians believe that in Jesus, God has walked this earth before us, and that with Jesus as our companion and guide we can travel through life differently.
We are offering a course to help people explore what it means to be a disciple, a follower of Jesus. This is for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 4th February. Each week starts with an evening meal. It will be held in the Canterbury Room at 7.30pm.
We hope to offer the chance to practise the ancient disciplines of reflection and prayer which have always been at the heart of living out the Christian faith, and to ask big questions.
