The Half Term week will see something really very special
in the Library. We are really pleased to have a performance
of the Library Lion!
Untied Artists bring this
beautiful children’s book
to life in celebration of an
endangered species –
the local library. This is a
show that fuses
storytelling, music, and
interactive learning to
immerse children in the
world of the book. Above
all it is fun, funny and full of feline wonder! Adapted from
the award-winning book by Michelle Knudsen.
The performance is on Monday 22nd October at 2.30 and is
free to attend (but please do give us a call on 01491
682323 to reserve a free space). Many thanks to OWL
(Our Woodcote Library) who are supporting us with this
event. The Library will be open as normal – come and join
in the fun! Also in the Half term week, we will be having a
special themed Halloween craft session for children on
Saturday 27th October 10-12am. Spooky stuff!
