This recording of the Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting of Goring-on-Thames at 7:30pm on 13 September 2017 in Goring Village Hall, Oxfordshire was organised by Genie News for the benefit of people unable to attend on the evening.

Only sound was recorded, but the PowerPoint slides used in the formal presentations have been overlaid when they were used.  The first slide appears 27 minutes in and the meeting lasted for two and a half hours, closing just after 10.00pm.
