For children age 7 - 11 (KS2) Tuesdays at The Garden Room (Goring Village Hall) 3.45pm - 4.30pm

Yoga, mindfulness, meditation, games, activities, crafts, music, fun!

£7.50 per session when booking per block in advance

I am a fully qualified child & family yoga teacher. I am fully DBS checked and insured.

Yoga allows children to:

• Maintain flexibility and strengthen their growing bodies.
• Learn about discipline and responsibility
• Manage stress and anxiousness
• Learn to remain present and to remain concentrated

Remain peaceful and relaxed
