Move It or Lose It! πŸš€ Boost your vitality in our fun, social exercise class for over 60s, using the FABS programme to improve Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance, and Strength. All exercises are standing or seated - no floor work - so you can move at your own pace to great music in a supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to stay mobile, come along to get active and feel fabulous!
Please arrive 10 mins early.

This is a friendly, fun, and effective class specifically designed for the over 60s. The program is based on the nationally recognised FABS framework: Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance, and Strength, developed in collaboration with the Centre for Healthy Ageing Research.

I was inspired to bring this to Goring after seeing how much my own parents enjoy their weekly keep fit group, not just for the movement but for the wonderful sense of community.

You don't need any prior fitness experience! All exercises are fully adaptable and can be done seated, supported, or standing, making them accessible to everyone, regardless of current ability or mobility. The aim is to help you feel good and stay active for longer.
