Online mindfulness course

Mindfulness can bring a wide range of evidence-based benefits such as stress reduction, improved concentration, and an increased sense of well-being.
Never more important than now.
Andy is an extremely experienced mindfulness teacher, psychotherapist, counsellor (and fiddle player!)
He will be running a new course from next Thursday evening, 8pm, one hour a week, using Zoom.
The course is designed for beginners, and others who would find it useful to refresh their practice.
