As recommended by the Saturday Telegraph, Wynders and Thurle Grange on Rectory Road in Streatley are opening for the National Garden Scheme on 14 and 15 May between 10am and 4pm each day. After a hugely successful 2021 opening where the gardens raised a record £6,000 in just one weekend the 2022 opening boasts even prettier gardens and more plants than ever. Teas and fabulous homemade cakes are sold with proceeds to Streatley Primary School and ticket and plant sales go to great causes including MacMillan Cancer Support, Parkinson’s UK and Maggie’s. If you’re looking to fill your garden with beautiful plants we have over two thousand for sale for less than you will pay in the garden centre and all proceeds go to charity. Classic and modern sports cars are on display, ducks and chickens wander freely and children can play to their heart’s content in the playground. We even have local artist Lizzie Webb of Applewood Art with her beautiful fine art prints and gifts for sale. Entry is strictly by pre-booked ticket - https://ngs.org.uk/view-garden/42393
